International Casino Games Terms & Conditions

The International Casino Games 5 promotion (the promotion) is only open to Real Money account holders registered at the following Fortune Lounge online casinos: 7Sultans, Royal Vegas, Platinum Play, Vegas Towers and Vegas Palms.
To enter the promotion, Real Money account holders must have made a deposit at a Fortune Lounge Online Casino prior to entering any of the tournaments and competitions associated with the promotion. Winners will forfeit any prizes if this criteria is not met.
The promotion lasts from 2 September 2010 to 8 February 2011.
The winner of the final event will receive €50,000 and the three runners-up will receive €25,000 each or the equivalent amount in British pounds, United States dollars or Canadian dollars. The exchange rate will be decided by the Fortune Lounge.
In order to take part in the final event players must enter one of the competitions associated with the promotion and win one of the available tickets. Some tickets will be given away at Fortune Lounge’s discretion.
The ticketholders must attend the final event in order to win any final event prize. If ticketholders do not attend the final event their tickets will be forfeited. Fortune Lounge reserves the right to change the nature, date and format of the final event without prior notification.
The ticket prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or casino credits.
Players must meet the qualification requirements to enter the competitions associated with the promotion. These requirements will be sent by email to all Real Money account holders every week.
Promotion details will be emailed to all Real Money account holders on the starting date of each competition.
The casino credit prizes will be distributed during the promotion period at the discretion of Fortune Lounge.
The ticket winners of each competition will be notified by email and telephone within four working days of the announcements of the winners. Should Fortune Lounge not be able to contact the winner the ticket will be forfeited and a new winner may be chosen at the discretion of Fortune Lounge.
Fortune Lounge's decision on the award of the tickets and prizes is final. Fortune Lounge will not enter into correspondence about decisions.
Final event ticketholders and their travelling partners will need to sign release waivers before receiving their tickets. Tickets will be forfeited if the waivers are not signed. The waivers regard any risk related to the final event and any consequences arising from it, including – but not limited to – personal injury, loss or death.
Employees of any member of the Fortune Lounge Group, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this promotion.
The final event ticketholders agree that their names, photographs and videos may be used for promotional purposes by Fortune Lounge.
Winners are responsible for their own European Union visa, medical and travel insurance at their own expense.
Winners must make sure that their travel arrangements coincide with the International Casino Games 5 itinerary and communicate these to Fortune Lounge.
Fortune Lounge will reimburse players the cost of two reasonably-priced economy class tickets to the final event for the ticketholder and one partner. The reimbursement will be credited to the winner’s casino account. The amount reimbursed is at the sole discretion of Fortune Lounge. Airfares will only be reimbursed to players attending the final event.
Fortune Lounge is not liable for any delayed departure, missed travel connections, change of accommodation, termination of service, denied boarding, changes in fares and rates, for cancellation or double booking of reservations or tickets, or charters beyond its control and without notice.
Fortune Lounge is not liable for personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity caused by:
- defaults, deliberate or negligent acts or omissions of suppliers
- defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft or equipment owned, operated, used or provided by suppliers
- wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions parties not under Fortune Lounge’s control
- natural disasters, war, terrorism or crime
Fortune Lounge’s casinos’ standard Terms & Conditions apply to this competition and take precedence if the promotion Terms and Conditions conflict.
Winners bear all risks relating to prizes once Fortune Lounge hands them over. All costs and liabilities related to prizes, including – but not limited to – personal tax, banking fees and insurance, are the sole responsibility of the winner after being handed over.
